How to prepare Maggi with mushrooms
A quick snack or dinner that is delicious and simple to prepare is mushroom Maggi. It's also a fantastic way to obtain your recommended daily intake of mushrooms, which are nutrient-dense and have many health advantages.
Ingredients:
* One box of Maggi noodles
* Half a cup finely diced mushrooms
* 1 chopped onion
* 1 chopped tomato
* 1 chopped green chili
* One-half teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
* One-half tsp. garam masala
* 1/8 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
* 1/4 tsp powdered red chili
* A quarter teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon of oil
* 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
**Guidelines:**
1. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Once added, sauté the onions until they are tender.
After cooking for a minute, add the ginger-garlic paste.
3. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until they are mushy.
4. Include the mushrooms and simmer for a further two to three minutes, or until tender.
5. Include salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Blend thoroughly.
6. Include the Maggi noodles and chop them up.
7. Stir carefully after adding 1 cup of water.
8. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for a further two to three minutes, or until the noodles are thoroughly cooked.
9. Add coriander leaves as a garnish and serve hot.
Tips:
* Along with the water, add 1/2 cup of milk to the noodles for a deeper flavor.
* Taste and add additional red chili powder if you want your cuisine spicy.
* Other veggies, such as carrots, peas, or bell peppers, can also be added to the noodles.
* You can make a vegetarian version of this recipe by substituting 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder for the garam masala.
